Treasurer ‘s Report– Stephanie Gibbons – Ending Balance
Due to the fact that our funds have increased, we have decided to offer 2 Fall and 2 Spring teacher grants for $250 each, as well as increasing the Stockton gift to $500.
Vice President – Jane Flanagan - nothing at this time
Secretary - Diane Brunetti - Motion to approve October 2nd meeting minutes by Gail Harris, second by Loretta Leyrer, approved.
Corresponding Secretary – Winnie Witmer- Received condolences from Barbara Smith and state for the loss of Patty Carmen. Barbara sent a thank you for our kind thoughts at the passing of her brother.
Parliamentarian – Gail Harris - nothing at this time.

World Fellowship/Yearbook – Randy Levy – Yearbook was delivered via e-mail, as was our World Fellowship sister.
Nominations – Natalie Morris - Approval of officer nominations for 2016-2018 biennium. Vote in February, Install in May.
- Bio Forms: The following people have updated their bio: Amy G., Barb B., Carol B., Cathy B., Gail H., Helen H., Jane F., Janel S., Judi M., Kathy R., Gail S., Rose R., Karen S., Kathy W., Loretta L., Marylynn S., Michele P., Randy L., Sandi S., Vicki M., and Winnie W.
- A new recruitment program will be implemented next year, following the state's suggestions. The new process is similar to our own but improved.
- Chapter Milestones pins will be given at the Spring meeting, including those approved in May, listed below, who met these milestones in 2015. We will use pinmart.com for awards of 25 years or less and DKG award concepts for 30 and above.

- December 12th - Saturday- 10AM - 1PM - Atlantic City Rescue Mission Lunch Service - 2009 Bacharach Blvd. Atlantic City Lunch at Los Amigos after service.
- January 9th - Saturday - 9AM - 1:30PM - Alpha Zeta State Meeting - Officers and Committee Chairs - Sayen Elementary School - 3333 Nottingham Way, Hamilton, NJ 08690
- January 12th - Tuesday - 6:45PM - 8PM - Game Night with the Noogies - The group is meeting for dinner at Gregory's at 5:30PM. Gilda's Club of South Jersey, New Road, Linwood - Rose will take cell phone numbers to contact volunteers about dinner and craft.
Outreach and Service –
- Linda Zarych, Rose Rhine, and Natalie Morris - Women’s Center. Sisters can work on a bag together. Bags should include sweat pants and a sweat shirt, t-shirt, socks, slip-on sandals, underwear, washcloth, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb or brush, and lotion. We will put labels on the completed bags indicating they are a gift from Xi. An inventory will be done and needs sent out by Sign-Up-Genius. Need wash cloths, toothpaste, clothes and shoes!!! Over Christmas break bags will be put together and delivered. Look for an email about last minute needs.
- Sandra Santa Maria - Little Dresses for Haiti – Look for an agree-a-date in your e-mail. January 27th starting at 2PM.
