Nominations – Linda Zarych – A slate of officers for the 2015-2017 state board has been established.
Social Committee – Thank you to Gail Harris, Natalie and Robby Morris, and Micky Flanagan for cooking and organizing our amazing meal!

- Treasurer ‘s Report– Stephanie Gibbons - Budget approved by membership
- Vice President – Jane Flanagan - nothing at this time.
- Secretary’s Report - Motion to approve Oct 3rd meeting minutes by Jane Flanagan, second by Sandra SantaMaria, approved.
- Corresponding Secretary – Winnie Witmer - sent a sympathy card to Gail H.
- Parliamentarian – Gail Harris – By Laws revisions are done, a paper copy was circulated and all members received a copy by email. We will discuss/vote to approve in February.

- Sponsors prepare an introduction about initiates, to read at February meeting; Gail S is sponsoring Kristine LaBue, and Lila W is sponsoring Sheri Lemma.
- State meeting January 10th. Our assignment is complete since we are using the same centerpieces.
- Vicky Myers won our first annual convention weekend give away!
- We will sell left over ornaments and jewelry at convention. Convention baskets are complete. Convention dates are April 17th - 19th. 2015.
- We will sell remaining jewelry and ornaments $5 each or 7 for $30.
- Check the calendar for upcoming events.
- 10 to Spend in Hammonton will become an annual event.
- Huge success, already had questions about next year! Thank you everyone for your hard work, and help in making this a success.
- Linda Zarych, Rose Rhine, and Natalie Morris - Women’s Center. Linda and Natalie will create a Sign-Up-Genius for needed materials to complete bags. (Bags should include sweat pants and a sweat shirt, t-shirt, socks, slip-on sandals, underwear, washcloth, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb or brush, and lotion. We label the completed bags indicating they are a gift from Xi.) An inventory will be taken and any needs will be posted in a Sign-Up-Genius.
- Sandra Santa Maria - Little Dresses for Haiti – Our next date will be after the holidays. Ornaments are available $5 each or 7 for $30.
- Jane Flanagan - Gilda’s Club - Next date is Tuesay, January 6th, 6:45 – 8 PM, Dinner at Gregory's.
- Janel Schafer – Atlantic City Rescue Mission Lunch Service - January 31st, Saturday - 10AM - 1PM, we can have 12 volunteers. – Lunch at Los Amigos after.

Scholarship –
- February meeting will take place at Stockton to award winners and welcome initiates. Claudine Keenan, Dean of Ed, will be supplying the room, soda, coffee, tea, and dessert!
- Congratulations to Kimberly Mattina - granted $200 for Go Sphero for STEM by unanimous vote through Teacher to Teacher.
- Congratulations to Sheila Fleischer - granted $200 for Terrapins in the Classroom by unanimous vote through Teacher to Teacher.
- Congratulations to Stephanie Hoffman awarded $500 (both 2014 and 2015 grants as only applicant). Motion made by Loretta Leyrer, seconded by Patricia Carmen, unanimously passed.

New Business:
- Motion to set aside $500 to order fleece zip-up jackets for $10 each when available, and embroidered and sold at the 2016 convention. Janel will output initial cost to be reimbursed by the treasury. So moved by Sandra Santamaria, second by Jane Flanagan. Motion carried. Janel and Sandra are researching prices and designs for embroidery. sisters signed up to have their own jackets ordered and made.
