World Fellowship/Yearbook – Randy Levy – Didem Egemen 2812 35th St. NW Washington, DC 20007 [email protected] - Sisters sent Valentine and Thinking-of-You cards.
Nominations – Linda Zarych – A slate of officers for the 2015-2017 state board has been established and will be voted on at convention. Looking for a way to get to know candidates in future state elections.
Social Committee – Thank you to Gail Harris, Natalie Morris and sisters for our fabulous array of salads and sides to enjoy with the chapter supplied subs. Thank you Dean Keenan for supplying the fabulous lemon bars and brownies, and tea, lemonade, and water.

- Secretary’s Report - Motion to approve Dec. 3rd meeting minutes by Gail Harris, second by Jane Flanagan, approved.

- Parliamentarian – Gail Harris – By Laws revisions are done, a paper copy was circulated and all members received a copy by email. We will discuss/vote to approve in May.

- Our assignment is complete since we are using the same centerpieces.
- Vicky Myers, our first convention scholarship winner, will be our banner carrier.
- We will sell remaining jewelry and ornaments $5 each or 7 for $30.
- We need 25 popular fiction or children's books, PAPERBACKS ONLY. Bring to Jane at Hess.
- We will have another flower arranging event in May, spring bouquet.
- We will have a summer game night and beach day at Rose's.
- Chapter travels would be a great presentation for the May meeting at the Library, we could do a "Foods of the World Pot Luck"
- Scrapbooking event October 3rd, 2015, 9 AM to 9 PM
- Linda Zarych, Rose Rhine, and Natalie Morris - Women’s Center. Linda and Natalie will create a Sign-Up-Genius for needed materials to complete bags. (Bags should include sweat pants and a sweat shirt, t-shirt, socks, slip-on sandals, underwear, washcloth, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb or brush, and lotion. We label the completed bags indicating they are a gift from Xi.) Need wash cloths, tooth brushes, clothes and shoes.
- Sandra Santa Maria - Little Dresses for Haiti – Our next date will be over the summer. Ornaments are available $5 each or 7 for $30.
- Jane Flanagan - Gilda’s Club - next date is Thursday, March 12th, 6:45 – 8 PM, Dinner at Ventura's, 5:00.
- Janel Schafer – Atlantic City Rescue Mission Dinner Service - March 29th, Sunday- 3:30PM - 6PM, we can have 6 volunteers. Our last service was lunch on Sat. Jan 31st, sisters had lunch at Los Amigos after, everyone enjoyed the experience.

- Congratulations to Kimberly Mattina - granted $200 for Go Sphero for STEM by unanimous vote through Teacher to Teacher.
- Congratulations to Sheila Fleischer - granted $200 for Terrapins in the Classroom by unanimous vote through Teacher to Teacher.
- Congratulations to Stephanie Hoffman awarded $500 (both 2014 and 2015 grants as only applicant).

- Baltimore Regional Conference agree-a-date has been sent, link to registration, ID #'s, and required password will be sent out.
- Jackets are in, cost will be $20-$25 each, need to be shipped to embroiderer.
