Program: Taking a look at our PURPOSES. Lila reviewed the 7 purposes and supplied a copy to each sister.
- Ice breaker - The group filled out “favorites” list and tried to identify each other from the items shared. Enjoyed by all! Thanks, Amy.
- Thought for the Day: Jane Flanagan made us all laugh with her thought for the day, Inner Strength
- Welcome & Introduce Visitors - none
- Rose & Key Awards – Kathy Reikert was honored for receiving the Key Award and Natalie Morris was presented with her Rose Award.

- Kathy Reikert moved we send gift cards $50 for Jo Jo’s and $50 Wawa for gas from the Sister to Sister fund.

- Tony Aurelio Scholarship to 8th grader update from Lou Shultz.
- Chapter Chatter-Amy Gold – none until Fall
- Membership/Initiation……………..………..Carol Bennett couldn’t make it, none
- Necrology/Historian/Archives…..………...Orinda Schultz presented the books she created for each chapter to honor passed members.
- Women’s Center……………………………… Linda Zarych and Natlie Morris will be taking this over, Linda attended their luncheon to learn more about their needs, made some connections, in the mean time we can be supplying materials needed for bags. Linda will e-mail the list, Janel will put it on the site.
- Programs/Personal Growth-Kathy Reichert – Fellowship night at Sassy Sweets in Hammonton. We would participate in a chocolate demonstration. Wednesday night May 18th at 7PM, can accommodate 20-25 sisters.

- Yearbook-Miranda Levy – updates to Red Book, will update her with dates for next year
- Exhibits/Record Book-Lila Williams – Certificate for Record board at convention, scrapbook continues to be updated please hand in photos or news article to Lila.
- Gail Harris – updates on scholarships available to sisters, handed out literature.
- Northeast Regional Conference July 22-23, 2011 Hershey Lodge, Hershey, Pennsylvania (Send sign-up sheet around) Helen recommends the Chocolate Martini!
- Judi is making a list of those interested in attending, contact her!
- Food Walking Tour in NYC –Jane Flanagan
- Organizing a trip for the end of September, take the bus and spend the day in NYC
- International Convention New York, New York July 24-28, 2012
- Crisis Pregnancy Center in EHC we may want to consider supporting
- Alabama schools are in need of help, POD collection, school supplies, home supplies
- Convention baskets will take the DKG theme, items beginning with these 3 letters
- Update on Volunteering – Jane Flanagan – contacting Gilda’s club and rescue mission waiting for replies
- Amy suggested we create a tutor service in the library, homework help, on a volunteer basis, sisters would share responsibility for manning tutor center, guidance will suggest our services, Amy will look into it and organize how it may work and present again at next meeting.
- Kathy Reikert suggested that we adopt some tags from the love tree.
